Hi!

Thank you for visiting my website. I am Judith, a 32 y/o woman from The Netherlands and traveling to the corners of the world since the end of 2019. Currently living in Bali, Indonesia.

After finishing the Bachelor ‘Interdisciplinary Social Science’ and earning my Master’s degree in Youth Studies, I worked for the local government in Youth Policy. Until November 2019 I worked as a Health Promotion Officer. I really liked the working life and had a great time in my favorite city back home, Utrecht. And even though I knew I was about to miss my friends and family, I decided to pack my bags and book a single plane ticket to New Zealand.

In New Zealand I fell not only in love with my partner Kevin but also with my passion for photography. I have always loved photography but never found the time and commitment to make it more than just a hobby. Traveling and not having a 9 to 5 office job anymore allowed me to rediscover my passion. Even though New Zealand has many beautiful landscapes, mountains, and waterfalls, I love portrait photography because it allows me to make a connection with other people and have the chance to tell their stories.

While photographing I have met many beautiful people. These people and stories inspired me to step up the photography game and start offering photoshoots. I am shooting with a Sony a7iii mirrorless camera, a 50mm portrait lens and a 18-105mm zoom lens.

If not behind the camera I like to go on road trips, camping- or dive trips. I like to lift weights in the gym, read books, learn about health, and try new creative things like painting, dancing, and pottery. I also teach Dutch online, mostly to expats or migrants moving to the Netherlands.

Please reach out if you want to connect.
